Please email us at mandylauxt@hotmail.com if you have received any defective items from Divine. We will get back to you in 24 hours.

Please take note, we only refund for defective items. There might be a slightly difference in our measurement given, this would not be counted as a defect.

And if you would like to purchase the items again, you would have to purchase from our website.

 

 

 

RETURN

Remember return items can only be done with unworn, unwashed, unaltered and original packaging.

Please mail us the items back only after you received a confirmation email from us. 

 

Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. We will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.
